We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some places we cannot ship to. If you happen to be from one of these countries, we will contact you.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Kido Store is not liable if the wrong address is placed during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made a mistake, we will take full responsibility for the original order that was placed at no cost to you.
DUTY
We are not responsible for customs duties once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs duties when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, but sometimes tracking is not available due to free shipping.
MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME".
With some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase are sometimes shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
